Sample sizes vary from each manufacturer. When you order multiple brands of samples, please note each manufacturer ships their samples independently. You will receive multiple deliveries on your sample order. Please allow approximately 7 to 10 days to receive your samples.
If you have any missing samples after 15 days, please go the footer on our homepage and fill out the form for Missing Samples.
A Cutting for Approval (CFA) allows you the opportunity to see the exact dye lot that you will be receiving on your (paid) fabric order.
Dye lots can vary slightly upon each new run of the fabric. Cuttings are offered on orders of 3 yards or more.
Any sampling you may have in your possession may be different than the current dye lot offered.
Please request your CFA in the NOTES field when placing your order.
Free shipping applies to orders over $200.00. L.A. Design Concepts is the only company that offers Free Shipping on European brands which ship from the U.K.
There is no minimum required for Free Shipping on Kravet family brands which include: Kravet, Lee Jofa, Lee Jofa Modern, Brunschwig, Cole & Son, GP & J Baker, Gaston Y Daniella, Baker Lifestyle and Mulberry Home.
International shipping is available through L.A. Design Concepts. To ship internationally, you need to have an account with a freight forwarding company here in the U.S.
Many of our clients have had success with MyUS.com will handle all necessary paperwork and calculate any duties or taxes that may be required for your shipment. You may also elect to use a freight forwarder of your choice.

2. Under billing address enter your freight forwarders address.
3. Continue filling out all contact information. (ship to a different address not required)
4. Under payment options select (Wire Transfer). Your order is now pending payment. An LADC representative will confirm stock and email our wire transfer information to finalize your order.

We only accept wire transfers for merchandise shipping out of the country.
