History and Style: Jiun Ho Furniture is the furniture and lighting company established by San Francisco-based designer Jiun Ho. A veritable traveler and an intuitive artist, Jiun Ho is a highly trained and experienced designer, having taken up his formal design studies at the International Academy of Design in Chicago. His extensive travels have allowed him to soak up inspiration and styles from all over the globe; from the unspoiled beauty of South Africa to the effortless elegance of France. After all, this multi-lingual, prolific designer has already traveled to more than 92 countries. His wide range of interests – food, wine, style, and the culinary arts - has fueled his passion for the complex creative process. This same passion is evident in the way he designs and creates beautiful, functional, versatile Jiun Ho Furniture. For 16 years Jiun Ho is actively involved in the design and creation of stylish furniture and lighting. He draws inspiration from all the places he has ever been to, resulting in simple yet elegant furniture collections that create the most relaxing, sophisticated of environments. Jiun Ho Furniture products are widely distributed across the U.S. and Canada, while expansions in Russia, Asia, and Australia are already underway. Jiun Ho Furniture Collections: The furniture offerings of Jiun Ho include seating, complements, storage, beds, and tables. There is also a variety of finishes available, such as woods, lacquers, and metals. The Seating collection of Jiun Ho Furniture includes chairs, sofas, dining, stools, and benches. For the Complements collection, the Zanzibar Mirror is made to complement seamlessly with the exquisite Louis XVI Table. For beautifully finished, innovative cabinets, desks, consoles, and night tables, there is the expansive Storage collection. Jiun Ho Furniture currently offers two styles of beds, the Anristar and the Artigny.
