In the year of 1984 Erik Vogt launched Artifacts International as the Creative Director and President with the mission to supply finely crafted, unique, bold, transitional styles with entirely customizable capabilities for the Interior Design Trade exclusively, as well as L.A. Design Concepts. Now in the year 2020, there was a new line of furniture created, the Robert James Collection launched and immediately saw praise and success.

Robert James's mission was to design a line of furniture that was equally able to sit in a casual coastal home or feel right in place within a chic loft within New York or any other major city. Robert James Collection find the perfect harmony between clean and modern shapes and lines combined with organic textures. Combining their knowledge of being within the furniture design industry for over 34 years, and an extremely talented array of employees within the design team, they were dedicated to working together with a unified vision of creating divine pieces at a level of quality that would be expected from the brand, while also delivering the utmost highest quality of customer support and service. The line was created from scratch and designed from the ground up.
